Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe, established in 1955 by Lloyd and Lois Martin in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, is a family-owned bakery renowned for its signature potato rolls and breads. The company has expanded from its humble beginnings in the Martin family's garage to include two commercial baking plants—one in Chambersburg and another in Valdosta, Georgia. Martin's products, celebrated for their soft texture and slightly sweet flavour, are free from high-fructose corn syrup, artificial dyes, trans fats, and cholesterol, and are made with non-GMO ingredients. Their potato rolls have gained popularity among chefs and consumers alike, with establishments (including our own!) choosing them for their burgers.
