About Landmark Creamery
Landmark Creamery, established by Anna Landmark and Anna Thomas Bates, is a woman-owned artisan cheese producer based in Paoli, Wisconsin. Celebrating over a decade of cheese crafting, the creamery has expanded its operations to a fully leased facility, increasing production capacity fourfold. Their award-winning cheeses, such as Anabasque—a washed rind, cave-aged sheep milk cheese inspired by the Basque region—and Tallgrass Reserve—a pasture-grazed cow milk cheese aged 6-12 months—are crafted using traditional aging techniques to develop unique flavours and textures. In addition to cheeses, Landmark Creamery produces small-batch, slow-churned, hand-shaped butter. They offer cave tours and cheese tastings, providing visitors with an immersive experience into their artisanal processes.
