About Agrumato
Founded in 1989 in Lanciano, Abruzzo, Agrumato was the first brand in the world to produce extra virgin olive oil infused with citrus. Founder Francesco G. M. Ricci revolutionized the industry with his original lemon olive oil and coined the term Agrumato for his brand. Inspired by a passion for their homeland, the Ricci family has since developed a unique line of condiments featuring other Mediterranean citrus fruits, with the next generation—Francesco's children Lucrezia and Sante—continuing to innovate. Agrumato citrus oil is made by crushing whole citrus fruits with olives, preserving the crisp freshness of the flavours.
