In-Store Pickup Policy:
Orders placed online Mon-Sun prior to 7pm should be ready for pickup same day.
Orders received after 7pm will not be ready for pickup until the following day.
After receiving your email notification informing you that your order is "Ready for Pickup", you may come to the counter at Luna Market inside of Brewhalla to collect your order (during standard opening hours, 10am-8pm).
While we do our best to keep the stock accurate online, there may be times that an ordered item might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you via phone to inform you of the out of stock item and refund your card accordingly. Due to restrictions on adding additional charges to your card for online transactions, we are not able make alterations to add replacement items to your order, but you may complete an additional online purchase for anything else you might want instead and we will be happy to pick and group your orders together for you!
By-Weight Ordering & Pickup:
If you are ordering items that are portioned or cut to order, you will still be able to place orders for these items online, however the procedure differs for payment as the total for these items won't be determined in full until your order is fulfilled by the market staff.
Products sold by weight will offer size selection buttons for the desired weight and these buttons will be marked with the approximate price for your weight selection. These are there to give you a rough idea of what to expect your by-weight items to cost when you come to pick them up, but these totals will not be represented in your cart total. Since these items are either hand-cut or come in variable portion weights from the original producer, the exact pricing of these items will have some slight variance, and because of the variable price, you will not be charged for these items when you place your order - think of it more akin to a preorder - and when you get the notice to come pick up your items, they will be cut, packaged, and ready for payment at the market register without the need to wait around!
Please do remember to bring a form of payment with you when you come to pick up your by-weight items! One downside to the online system is the inability to adjust any online credit card authorizations, so we are not able to add these charges to your card after your order has been placed.
Ordering Ahead:
If you are wanting to place an order ahead of time for a particular future date and time, or if someone other than yourself will be sent to collect an order, please add those notes to the comment box during checkout. This allows our staff to reserve your product and ensure cuts are as fresh as possible prior to your pickup. If there are any questions from our staff in regards to preparing your preorder, they may reach out via phone for clarification.
Tips for Deli Associate:
If you wish to leave a tip for your deli associate for the effort they put in to cutting and packaging your by-weight deli items, you will be able to do so when you pay for these items in the market at the time of pickup.
Personal Shopper Fee
There is a slight additional convenience charge added to most market items as a means of offsetting the extra time the market staff will spend picking and packaging your items for you. We appreciate your understanding.
