Meet the Meat
Fermín is the first importer of cured and raw Ibérico in the United States. Jamón Serrano is crafted from traditional Spanish white pigs, and is cured in the mountain village of La Alberca, Salamanca. This meat is lean and takes less time to cure, but takes 20+ months of aging nonetheless. Fermín's Jamón Serrano boasts a masterful balance of sweetness, nuttiness, and salt.
