Off The Deck Hot Sauce began unexpectedly when Jeremiah bought two pounds of habaneros, initially intending to use them for his favourite Cuban Black Bean Stew. However, his wife Rachel wasn’t keen on eating the same dish for a month, prompting Jeremiah to try his hand at making a fermented hot sauce instead. This experimentation led to the creation of Off The Deck Hot Sauce, with a mission to craft sauces that are true to the flavour of the peppers and made with only the finest ingredients.
