The brand's origins trace back to a small charcuterie shop in a mountain town, where artisanal cured hams supported 82 local families. When a crisis threatened the business, Aneto's founders pivoted to creating natural broths from scratch, using ham bones, fresh vegetables from Barcelona markets, and a commitment to quality. Their first broth became the market’s first real natural broth, cooked only with fresh, natural ingredients.
