Villa Jerada was born from the founder's love for a traditional Moroccan tuna sandwich, Thon Ohror, which he grew up savoring in Casablanca. This beloved sandwich, layered with tuna, mayo, harissa, and fresh ingredients on a baguette, became a nostalgic staple after soccer games and beach days. Inspired by the warm flavors and memories of Moroccan cuisine, he created Villa Jerada to share these cherished tastes with a wider audience.
