Rinci is an artisanal food company based in the Marche region of Italy, dedicated to cultivating and preserving Paccasassi, known as sea fennel. Founded by Francesco Velieri, Luca Galeazzi, and Alessandro Babbini, Rinci aims to bring authentic flavours to your table through products like Paccasassi in extra virgin olive oil, various pestos, and unique sauces. These offerings capture the essence of the Conero Natural Park, where the sea fennel is organically grown, providing a distinctive marine flavour with hints of fennel, lemon, and carrot.
