Driftless Provisions celebrates the deep connection between the land, animals, farmers, and communities in the Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin. Founded by Ryan Wagner, the company honours its European roots while embracing American flavours. Inspired by the region’s rolling landscapes and small family farms, Ryan combines his love for the outdoors with a commitment to storytelling through food. The Driftless Provisions team creates high-quality charcuterie free of added nitrates, using carefully sourced ingredients using humanely-raised, heritage breed Berkshire hogs and locally sourced grass-fed beef, honey, and maple syrup. Driftless Provisions strives to offer clean, healthy products while fostering a sense of community through good food and shared experiences.
