The award-winning Yellow Datterini Tomatoes in juice are made from hand-picked, sun-ripened tomatoes from Battipaglia, Italy, and are packed within hours to preserve their sweet flavour, vitamin and antioxidant properties, and vibrant freshness. Their elongated shape contains fewer seeds than other varieties, while the thinner skin provides more flesh, resulting in a sweeter, less bitter taste. These delicate, peeled tomatoes enhance pasta sauces—especially those paired with fish—complement pesto, or serve as a flavorful addition to a traditional Caprese salad with fresh red tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, extra virgin olive oil, and aged balsamic vinegar.
